Blazing Saddles Chilli Sauce Medium (250ml)

$14

187 in stock

A delicious chilli sauce with a unique flavour thanks to the Jamaican Yellow Scotch Bonnet. Blazing Saddles is such a tasty sauce. It’s hot, but not too hot ? more like a high-medium heat.

Yellow Scotch Bonnet chillies are pretty hot (200,000 Scoville Heat Units) and closely related to the Habanero. One of the defining features of this type of chilli is its sweet aroma and unique flavour. Rarely will you find a Jamaican cooking without some of this chilli and it’s the chilli of choice among Caribbean nationals.

2 reviews for Blazing Saddles Chilli Sauce Medium (250ml)

  1. Darren (verified owner)

A West Indian lady who used to work at my works canteen in the UK used to make an amazing scotch bonnet sauce from fresh scotch bonnet chillies. This matches it for freshness, but beats it with its depth of flavour. If only it came in a 2 litre bottle. Then I might have to go and buy a bottle of vodka, I imagine this would make the finest Bloody Mary.

Haha! now you’re talking, I’ll drink to that!

  2. Ethan (verified owner)

The best hot sauce going only problem is I never have enough I go through bottles to quick
