Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

Before you return a product, please ensure that:

– The product was purchased in the last 15 days

– The product is in its original packaging

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are at your own expense.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items/bulk spices

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless its a breakage. Regular price items only.

Sorry, no return on bulk spices.

We do not refund if you do not like the flavour of a product. Just like fragrance, many people can have differing flavour preferences and some flavours may be affected due to medical or external factors, such as: smoking, cold or flu like illnesses, nasal/sinus issues, or it could be simply individual preference, etc.

If you are unsure about the flavour of a product we do have smaller pack sizes available for purchase for you to try before committing to a larger pack size.
