Order Processing Times

After your order is placed our processing turnaround time is usually within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. All bulk spice orders are usually processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times

Due to recent staff shortages from sickness etc , our delivery partners, including Australia Post, have been experiencing some occasional delays.  Most deliveries are taking between 3-10 days, check links below for more accurate delivery time information to your area.

Our preferred courier is Aramex, if you prefer to use Australia Post please make the selection at checkout.

Most parcels are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced. Our operations are being affected by very high numbers of COVID-19 cases in the community

Pick Up In Store

In checkout please select “pick up Mudgeeraba” if you would like to collect your order. Our shop hours are Mon-Fri 9-4pm or Sat 9-3pm.  Let us know in the notes section at checkout what time you’ll be coming in so we can ensure your order is ready.

Tracking My Order

Once your order is processed you will receive an email from us with the courier’s website link and consignment number in which you can track the movement of your parcel. If you have any problems such as: your parcel hasn’t arrived, is taking too long or cannot be located please submit an enquiry on the courier’s website or you can contact us directly to enquire on your behalf.

Leave in a Safe Place

If you have selected the courier option (not Aust Post), it is sent with “authority to leave if safe to do so”.  We find this has been the most reliable and best option. If you have a preferred location for the parcel to be left please mention this in the notes section at checkout.  Examples are:  down the left hand side of the house under cover, behind the large plant pot to the left of the front door, behind the bin under the stairs.  If its unable to be left in a safe place, tit will be delivered to the nearest parcel connect agent and you’ll be left a notification on how to collect.

If you select Australia Post and you are not home at the time of delivery a card will be left for you to collect from your nearest post office. Although, no guarantee, you can make a note on your order and we will add it to the consignment if you give permission to leave it.
