Order processing times

After your order is placed, our processing turnaround time is usually same day — or next day if ordered after 12pm — excluding weekends and public holidays. All bulk spice orders are usually processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times

Most deliveries take between 3–10 days. Check the links below for more accurate delivery times to your area. Our preferred courier is Aramex; if you prefer Australia Post, please make the selection at checkout.

Pick up in store

At checkout, select “Pick up Mudgeeraba” to collect your order. Our shop hours are Mon–Fri 9am–4pm and Sat 9am–3pm. Let us know in the notes section at checkout what time you’ll be coming in so we can have your order ready.

Tracking my order

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with the courier’s website link and consignment number so you can track your parcel. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, is taking too long, or cannot be located, please submit an enquiry on the courier’s website or contact us directly and we’ll enquire on your behalf.

Leave in a safe place

If you select the courier option (not Australia Post), your order is sent with “authority to leave if safe to do so” — we find this the most reliable option. If you have a preferred location for the parcel, please mention it in the notes at checkout (for example: down the left-hand side of the house under cover, or behind the large plant pot by the front door). If it can’t be left safely, it will be delivered to the nearest Parcel Connect agent and you’ll receive a notification on how to collect it.

If you select Australia Post and aren’t home at delivery, a card will be left for you to collect from your nearest post office. While we can’t guarantee it, you can add a note to your order giving permission to leave the parcel and we’ll add it to the consignment.
