Peppercorn Black Cracked 24/35 Fine is finely cracked to distribute evenly, providing a consistent pepper flavour throughout the dish. It’s perfect for sauces, soups, and when a subtle pepperiness is desired.
Mixed Herbs (40g) is the perfect blend of thyme, oregano, sage, basil, and marjoram, essential for elevating any dish with a touch of European charm. This versatile seasoning is ideal for sprinkling over pizzas, pastas, and vegetables, offering a balanced and aromatic flavour profile.
This Sumatran curry is medium heat and delicious cooked with lamb, chicken or beef, with vegetables and potatoes. Also excellent served with seafood.

Alternatively, it is amazing with cold meats, cheese, pizza bases, steaks, and sausages. To make hors d’oeuvres, use a savoury biscuit or corn chip with a dollop of sour cream and a tsp of chutney.

Care instructions:

How to use:
To make amazing Satay Sauce, simply add 5 tbsp (100g) of Sambal Kachang Satay Sauce Paste to 200ml of Coconut Cream and 1tbsp (20ml) of Soy Sauce. Bring to the boil, stir well to combine, then it’s ready to serve.
For a creamier texture, blend slightly after boiling – just enough to still leave chunky peanuts in the sauce.
For a milder heat, add an extra 50ml of Coconut Cream to the above recipe.
Alternatively, add 1 tbsp of Sambal Kachang Satay Sauce Paste (or to taste) to any stir fry.
