A splash-on sauce made with the amazing tasting Jamaican Yellow Scotch Bonnet chilli.
This is a Medium-heat, Louisiana-Style Pepper Sauce that is such a versatile condiment for nearly all kinds of food.
Yellow Scotch Bonnet chillies are pretty hot (200,000 Scoville Heat Units) and closely related to the Habanero. One of the defining features of this type of chilli is its sweet aroma and unique flavour. Rarely will you find a Jamaican cooking without some of this chilli – it’s the chilli of choice among Caribbean nationals.
A variation of our original traditional mango chutney.
Originating from Buderim, in Queensland, it has been a favourite among our customers since we first started business in 1993.
It features crystallised ginger and raisins and is a favourite for those who just love an ‘Aussie” chutney but now also with Dates.
Care instructions:

This chutney will remain in perfect condition as long as you ensure there is no contamination from food or water particles.
Never return any unfinished portions to the jar or use a serving utensil used for anything else.
Inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, Taipan BBQ’s Mediterranean Magic is a zesty blend of Rosemary, Lemon, Black Pepper and Chilli, a perfect rub or seasoning.
With this combination of herbs and spices you can expect woodsy aromatics with notes of evergreen, citrus, pepper, mint and floral, the flavours will bring your food to life with a sharp, earthy, citrus fresh and somewhat minty flavour with a hint of chilli.
It all balances together perfectly for most savoury dishes that include roast veggies, grilled or baked chicken and fish, add to soups and stews for some extra oomph!

Tip: A good rub has sugar and salt to amplify the flavours and allows the rub to penetrate the meat better, the sugar helps with crust formation and browning. It will also balance any bitterness.

Black cardamom is great for typically more bland dishes like lentils. It elevates lentils and rice dishes in a subtle way without being over the top. Slightly fry them to release the aromas into your dish and remove before serving. With a sharp aroma and almost menthol flavour this does well balanced with sweet and spicy additions such as cinnamon, peppercorns or chillies.

Berbere mix is a popular spice blend used in Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine. It is a fiery blend that typically includes chilli peppers, garlic, ginger, fenugreek, coriander, and other spices. Berbere is the backbone of many Ethiopian and Eritrean dishes, such as stews and meat dishes. It can be used as a dry rub for meats or added to sauces to add depth and flavour. Berbere has a complex flavuor profile that is both spicy and sweet with hints of earthy and citrusy notes. It is a versatile spice blend that can add a bold and unique flavour to any dish.
A splash-on sauce made with the rare and exciting Bubblegum 7 Pot chilli.
The Bubblegum chilli comes in at 850,000 SHUs and was created by Jon Harper. As the “Father” of this variety, and based in the UK, he has been growing this and a lot of other Hybrids for a number of years. Jon called it Bubblegum because he thought it had a taste of Bubblicious Bubblegum, while others say the name is because the chilli has a mixed colour stem and crown that looks like bubblegum.
All we can say is, good luck with picking the flavour of bubblegum – that’s a challenge for diehard chilliheads only.
