Description

Butter Chicken Curry Masala
Butter Chicken is a creamy tandoori dish, traditionally cooked with chicken. It’s a family favourite and crowd pleaser. This curry blend can also be used to make a tandoori chicken marinade and for this and an alternative, more traditional recipe, head to our Recipe Page.  This is our MOST POPULAR CURRY 🙂

Indian Date, Almond, Fig and Plum Chutney
Made with fresh dates, fruits, almonds, figs and plums added with spices to superbly compliment. One tbsp. on the side of any curry of your choice is the perfect accompaniment. Alternatively, it is amazing with cold meats, cheese, pizza bases, steaks, and sausages. To make hors d’oeuvres, use a savoury biscuit or corn chip with a dollop of sour cream and a tsp of chutney.

Queensland Rosella Chutney
Stunningly vibrant and glossy in colour, you cannot say no to this mouth-watering chutney.  Live it up and enjoy it on your morning crumpet or scone.  Makes a terrific sauce for Turkey or chicken too.  Also great on a cheeseplatter.

Bombaywalla Curry Masala
Flavours of Bombaywalla curry are complex and well-balanced with a slightly sweet twist from the spices used.  This blend is versatile for many regularly cooked dishes such as curried sausages, curried eggs.  Try a sprinkle on your roast potatoes for a tasty surprise.   (Bombaywalla means “Man from Bombay”)
