We’ve taken the Butter Chicken curry masala spices and for your convenience added ginger, onion, garlic and oil to get your curry started sooner, great for people who have a busier lifestyle.

Traditional Queensland Mango Chutney
This traditional mango chutney, originating from Buderim, in Queensland, has been a favourite among our customers since we first started business in 1993. It features crystallized ginger and raisins and is a favourite for those who just love an ‘Aussie” chutney with a little bite. Great as an everyday delicious condiment.

Coconut Salted Caramel Sauce
A twist on an old favourite – Salted Caramel made with the goodness of Pure Ghee and Coconut Milk – DELICIOUS. It’s like a sticky date sauce, only way better. Have it with fresh bananas on creamy vanilla ice cream.

Chai Spice Masala

Try some Moroccan Chicken at home by cutting up 1/2kg of thigh or fillet and rub in a few generous tablespoons of paste into the chicken, pop in the fridge for an hour or overnight and Bam! Delicious chicken!

Sri Lanka Curry Masala Paste Mild (280g)

This Sri Lankan Curry is traditionally quite hot but we decided to take out all the chilli and make it quite mild – a family favourite.

This allows you to add your own chilli powder or fresh chilli and increase the heat to what you require to suit the needs.

This curry can be cooked with any meat, seafood or vegetables.

If you would like to change this curry back to its original, traditional heat, when cooking, instead of adding 2 tbsp of the Sri Lanka Beef Curry Masala to 1kg of meat, substitute this with 1 tbsp of chilli powder and 1 tbsp of Sri Lanka Beef Curry Masala.

This 280g jar will cook with approximately 6kg of meat, vegetables or seafood – 30 servings.

TIME magazine wrote in 2009 “The first plate of wings was served in 1964 at a family-owned establishment in Buffalo, New York called the Anchor Bar. The wings were the brainchild of Teressa Bellissimo, who covered them in her own special sauce and served them with a side of blue cheese and celery because that’s what she had available.

Proper Buffalo wings should be snapped in half so that they resemble tiny drumsticks rather than their original, harder-to-eat akimbo shape. They are then deep fried without any coating or breading, after which they are slathered in that zesty bright orange sauce that coats your fingers and somehow manages to get all over your clothes no matter how many napkins you use”.
