Curry Pastes
These curry pastes have been created from our famous ground spice curry masalas, but with the addition of ginger, onion, garlic and oil to make these curry pastes ready to go – so handy when you have a busy lifestyle and still keeping you on a path of health. These pastes have anywhere from 10 to 15 different spices, all perfectly blended, authentically to give you the best possible curry experience. You just won’t look back once you’ve tried these. Again, these are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian friendly, with no additives or preservatives!

Roasted curry powder is a blend of spices commonly used in Sri Lankan and South Indian cuisine. It typically includes coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and black pepper that are dry roasted until fragrant and then ground into a fine powder. The roasting process enhances the flavor of the spices and gives the powder a rich, earthy aroma. Roasted curry powder is often used as a base for curries and stews, and can also be used as a seasoning for roasted meats and vegetables.

Reaper’s Harvest is well rounded with equally matched heat and flavour. The ingredients complement each other nicely and shine through the extreme heat of the Carolina Reapers. This is definitely a sauce for chilliheads who can handle the heat.
