Lamb Korma Shiraz Curry Masala
This is a medium heat Lamb Korma cooked with yoghurt, fruit and nuts. It can be cooked with lamb, beef or chicken, with vegetables and potatoes.  This is a bit of a favourite here at the Windmill.

Madras Chicken, Meat, Seafood & Vegetable Curry Masala
This medium heat South Indian curry is an old-time favourite. Traditionally cooked with chicken and coconut milk this versatile curry will also lend itself to most foods.  Also this curry can be cooked using any kind of liquid i.e. coconut milk, water, tomatoes, cream, yoghurt, sour cream etc.

Goa Beef Curry Masala
This South Indian curry originates from Goa and is delicious cooked with coconut cream.  Traditionally cooked with beef but also excellent with lamb and chicken (at half strength) and accompanied with vegetable or potatoes.  WARNING: This is a pure spice mix, with a spicy medium heat, so if you heap your tablespoon when cooking, the curry will be hot.

Sri Lanka Mango Chutney
This chutney has proven to be very popular. It is sweet and fruity with amazing Mango flavour and a good ‘kick’ of chilli at the end.  Perfect for serving with curry or on a cheese platter.
