A splash-on sauce made with the amazing tasting Jamaican Yellow Scotch Bonnet chilli.
This is a Medium-heat, Louisiana-Style Pepper Sauce that is such a versatile condiment for nearly all kinds of food.
Yellow Scotch Bonnet chillies are pretty hot (200,000 Scoville Heat Units) and closely related to the Habanero. One of the defining features of this type of chilli is its sweet aroma and unique flavour. Rarely will you find a Jamaican cooking without some of this chilli – it’s the chilli of choice among Caribbean nationals.
Mustard Seed (Rai) Yellow Ground offers a tangy, slightly spicy flavour ideal for dressings, marinades, and seasoning blends. Its bright taste and fine texture blend smoothly into dishes, adding depth and warmth.
Dukkah (pronounced doo-kah ) is a Middle Eastern and Egyptian blend including toasted sesame seeds, nuts and spices. The perfect sprinkle for hummus, soups, salads, eggs, smashed avo or sauteed vegetables bringing an unique and earthy flavour with a little crunch?

This curry paste can also be used to make a Tandoori marinade by adding 2 tbsp Butter Chicken Curry paste into a bowl with 1 cup natural yoghurt. Use 1kg of chicken maryland (bone in) and remove the skin and score the meat to the bone and marinate for 2 hours in the fridge (or overnight). Cook on the BBQ and serve with bread, chutney, yoghurt and a salad.
