A little bit goes a very long way – most dishes will only require 1/4 of a teaspoon to a couple of kilograms of other ingredients.
Flavourful, yet subtle is the key to a great seasoning for fish so as not to overpower the delicate and fresh flavour of a good fillet or wild caught prawns straight off the trawler.
Ingredients include dill for its sweet flavour and aroma, chives for a mild onion flavour, paprika brings the sweet and fruity notes with a little pepper and of course, lemon, for the bright and zingy that completes any seafood dish. This blend is also an excellent choice for chicken grilled on the BBQ served with a salad and avocado.

Bay Leaf (Laurel) Ground (30g) imparts a concentrated, aromatic flavour to dishes, ranging from soups and stews to marinades. This finely ground powder allows for a more uniform distribution of flavour, enriching your cooking with its subtle, herbal notes.
This chutney has proven to be very popular. It is sweet and summery with amazing Lime flavour and a good ‘kick’ of chilli at the end.
Care instructions:
Do NOT Refrigerate EVER. Serve with a clean dry spoon and store in the pantry after opening.
This chutney will remain in perfect condition as long as you ensure there is no contamination from food or water particles.
Never return any unfinished portions to the jar or use a serving utensil used for anything else.
Dill Seed (Sowa) Whole (45g) carries an earthy, slightly sweet flavour ideal for pickling, bread baking, and seasoning fish. Their whole form ensures the freshest taste, releasing subtle hints of citrus when crushed.
Basil Seed (Casacasa) Whole is known for its health benefits and ability to swell in liquids, creating a texture similar to chia seeds. Ideal for drinks and desserts, they add a refreshing, slightly peppery flavour.

How to use:
To make amazing Satay Sauce, simply add 5 tbsp (100g) of Sambal Kachang Satay Sauce Paste to 200ml of Coconut Cream and 1tbsp (20ml) of Soy Sauce. Bring to the boil, stir well to combine, then it’s ready to serve.
For a creamier texture, blend slightly after boiling – just enough to still leave chunky peanuts in the sauce.
For a milder heat, add an extra 50ml of Coconut Cream to the above recipe.
Alternatively, add 1 tbsp of Sambal Kachang Satay Sauce Paste (or to taste) to any stir fry.
