All natural and traditionally made, these chutneys not only have the most amazing flavours you will ever experience but they are also so versatile in our everyday lives. Add a bowl to a cheese platter, smother a fresh grilled piece of chicken breast, dollop your freshly baked scone, we even have recipes using them in cookies and cheesecakes (see the recipe tab under “Mudgeeraba Spices”). You can also share or gift these chutneys with your friends without the worry of allergies, they are gluten free and vegan, with no additives or preservatives of any kind – now that’s peace of mind!
Curry Pastes
These curry pastes have been created from our famous ground spice curry masalas, but with the addition of ginger, onion, garlic and oil to make these curry pastes ready to go – so handy when you have a busy lifestyle and still keeping you on a path of health. These pastes have anywhere from 10 to 15 different spices, all perfectly blended, authentically to give you the best possible curry experience. You just won’t look back once you’ve tried these. Again, these are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian friendly, with no additives or preservatives!

Rosemary Leaves/Cut are fragrant herbs with a piney aroma and a bittersweet flavour. Ideal for roasting, grilling, and baking, they add depth to meats, vegetables, and breads, infusing dishes with Mediterranean flair.
This Thai Green curry is used by making it into a paste and then cooking with coconut cream.
If you want to increase the heat of this curry when making the paste, add some green peppercorns (optional) and/or green chilli into the paste.
