Description

Black Truffle Chilli Pasta and Steak Sauce Mild (250ml)

Cobra Chilli has combined its flare for ingenious sauce creations with the mouth-watering ingredients of Great Southern Truffles, to produce an incredible all-natural, black truffle chilli sauce.

As highly decorated multi-award winning companies specialising in quality gourmet products, it is a match made in culinary heaven. Truffles can be described as ‘gourmet mushrooms’. They have a pungent, intense, earthy fragrance and lend a unique flavour and aroma to chilli sauce. The truffle is used in extremely small quantities and yet its flavour and aroma turn a standard offering of soup, chicken, meat or game into a gourmet experience.  Favourite dishes are chicken fettuccini or warm sauce for a decadent steak sauce.

Moroccan Harissa Paste (280g)

Experience the flavours of North Africa with this delicious Harissa Paste and bring any meal to life.  Marinate chicken pieces or mix paste with yoghurt to make a fancy burger condiment.

Egyptian Dukkah with Almonds (175g)

Dukkah (pronounced dook-a) is an Egyptian finely blended dry mix of roasted nuts, seeds and spices traditionally eaten by dipping fresh bread into olive oil and then into the nut mixture, but it also serves as a versatile seasoning in Egyptian cooking. This special Flavour and Spice version is made with Almonds and is great as a coating for chicken, lamb or fish.

Arabian Za’atar Salad Sprinkle (150g)

While there are many variations originally going back to medieval times, its the perfect amount of each ingredient that gives it the desired flavours.  Our recipe includes sumac which brings a citrus taste, thyme a earthy and minty flavour and roasted sesame seeds for a nutty and sweet flavour for a overall tangy and toasty essence.

Sprinkle it over salad, eggs, hummus, labneh, baba ghanoush or mix with olive oil for a flavourful marinade. This classic blend, with the famous Kumari twist, is also a perfect rub for chicken, beef, lamb or fish and a seasoning for veggies, serve with crusty bread, dips (Mix with yoghurt for a quick dip or condiment).

* Please note, in the event that any ingredient becomes unavailable we will swap it for a similar item of equal or greater value *
