Shirley Temple Tomato Sauce Super Mild (250ml)
No chilli in this one but still has a little kicker with white pepper, a gourmet tomato sauce to suit everyone around the family dinner table.
Habanero Pepper Sauce Hot (150ml)
If Tabasco isn’t doing it for you in the heat department then this will be just right! Goes on everything and yes! We mean it!
Blazing Burger Sauce Medium (250ml)
This Mustard based Burger Sauce is made from the saucier’s favourite Sauce, Blazing Saddles, plus a few special ingredients, making it such a tasty condiment for burgers, steak sandwiches, sausages & chicken. A spicy mustard style.
Congo BBQ Sauce Hot (250ml)
This smoky, sweet flavour combines beautifully with the great taste of the Congo Black chilli. It is a perfect fusion of four sauces: Ketchup, BBQ, Chilli and Mustard.
Hawaiian Mustard Mild (150ml)
A very popular mustard that’s Wow, you’ll taste the fresh pineapple and lime, then a hint of ginger and Jalapeno, it’s really something special.
Cilantro (Coriander) Leaves (15g) are dried and perfect for adding a burst of fresh, herbaceous flavour to Mexican, Thai, and Indian dishes. These leaves are ideal for those who love the distinctive taste of cilantro but prefer the convenience of a dried herb.
Dill Seed (Sowa) Whole (45g) carries an earthy, slightly sweet flavour ideal for pickling, bread baking, and seasoning fish. Their whole form ensures the freshest taste, releasing subtle hints of citrus when crushed.
This Sri Lankan Beef Curry is traditionally quite hot but we decided to take out all the chilli and make it quite mild – a family favourite.
This allows you to add your own chilli powder or fresh chilli and increase the heat to what you require to suit the needs.
This curry can be cooked with any meat, seafood or vegetables.
If you would like to change this curry back to its original, traditional heat, when cooking, instead of adding 2 tbsp of the Sri Lanka Beef Curry Masala to 1kg of meat, substitute this with 1 tbsp of chilli powder and 1 tbsp of Sri Lanka Beef Curry Masala.
This 250g jar will cook with approximately 10kg of meat, vegetables or seafood – 50 servings.

This is a medium heat Lamb Korma cooked with yoghurt, fruit and nuts. It can be cooked with lamb, beef or chicken, with vegetables and potatoes.

Mace (Javitri) Blade/Flake imparts a warm, spicy-sweet flavour similar to nutmeg but more delicate. Ideal for baking, stews, and sauces, mace blades add a subtle, aromatic warmth to dishes.

How to use:
To make amazing Satay Sauce, simply add 5 tbsp (100g) of Sambal Kachang Satay Sauce Paste to 200ml of Coconut Cream and 1tbsp (20ml) of Soy Sauce. Bring to the boil, stir well to combine, then it’s ready to serve.
For a creamier texture, blend slightly after boiling – just enough to still leave chunky peanuts in the sauce.
For a milder heat, add an extra 50ml of Coconut Cream to the above recipe.
Alternatively, add 1 tbsp of Sambal Kachang Satay Sauce Paste (or to taste) to any stir fry.
