Originating from North Africa, this blend translates to “top of shop”. Its a complex medley of fragrant spices to ideally mix in with chickpea dishes, couscous or rice. Also, makes a wonderful rub for meat and vegetables.

Origin: India
Mace is a spice made from the outer layer of the nutmeg seed. It is often used in baking and cooking for its sweet and warm flavour. Mace blade is commonly used in a pickling mix.
Chilli Powder Medium (60g) is a blend that offers a balanced heat, perfect for creating flavourful dishes that have a spicy kick but are not overwhelmingly hot, making it suitable for a variety of dishes and cuisines.
