Masala chai – also known as ‘chai’, or ‘chai tea’ – is a traditional tea from India containing a mixture of warming aromatic herbs and spices mixed with black tea and milk. It’s known for preventing colds and also beneficial for warming the system when you do have a cold, making it the perfect hot drink during wintertime.

Spicy Tomato & Herb Mix (20g) combines the richness of sun-ripened tomatoes with the heat of spices and the aroma of herbs. This versatile mix is perfect for creating hearty pasta sauces, stews, and soups, infusing your dishes with a bold, warming flavour.

It features crystallised ginger and raisins and is a favourite for those who just love an ‘Aussie” chutney but now with a tropical Pineapple vibe.
Care instructions:
Do NOT Refrigerate EVER. Serve with a clean dry spoon and store in the pantry after opening.
This chutney will remain in perfect condition as long as you ensure there is no contamination from food or water particles.
Never return any unfinished portions to the jar or use a serving utensil used for anything else.
Dried garlic that’s been sliced into flakes which can be used in various recipes such as soups, sauces, stews or makes a great seasoning. Try a little sprinkle on a salad for some crunch.
Coriander Seed (Dhania) Whole (65g) can be toasted and ground fresh for a potent, lemony flavour that enhances Indian, Latin American, and Middle Eastern dishes. These whole seeds are perfect for those who enjoy the full, fresh flavour of coriander.
This Thai Green curry is used by making it into a paste and then cooking with coconut cream.
If you want to increase the heat of this curry when making the paste, add some green peppercorns (optional) and/or green chilli into the paste.
Cook traditionally with chicken, seafood and vegetables.
