Handy blend for quick salads on the weekend. Mix with some olive oil and a splash of vinegar works well too for a dressing.

A delicious chilli sauce with a unique flavour thanks to the Jamaican Yellow Scotch Bonnet. Blazing Saddles is such a tasty sauce. It’s hot, but not too hot ? more like a high-medium heat.
Yellow Scotch Bonnet chillies are pretty hot (200,000 Scoville Heat Units) and closely related to the Habanero. One of the defining features of this type of chilli is its sweet aroma and unique flavour. Rarely will you find a Jamaican cooking without some of this chilli and it’s the chilli of choice among Caribbean nationals.
Chicken Tikka Masala is a popular chicken curry with a creamy tomato sauce is excellent served with breads or rice and can also be used as a marinade for tikka (boneless cuts of cubed meat).
Best used for cooking chicken or vegetables.
This 280g jar will cook with approximately 6kg of meat, vegetables or seafood – 30 servings.
Chicken Tikka
700g skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes, 1.5 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, butter, 0.5 cup yoghurt.
Mix the curry blend, yoghurt, ginger and garlic together and marinate the chicken cubes in this for 20 minutes, grill the chicken and baste with butter.

Known as Lebanese 7 Spice, we have 8 ingredients in our blend to include smoked paprika. Its Surprisingly common to have 8 ingredients.
Baharat is a very common spice blend used in Middle Eastern cooking. Its a popular seasoning for lamb, chicken, beef, and fish, as well as soups and rice. It has a mild sweet taste with a hint of smokiness. Use as dry rub or make a marinade.

Cloves, paprika, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, cumin
Dried garlic that’s been sliced into flakes which can be used in various recipes such as soups, sauces, stews or makes a great seasoning. Try a little sprinkle on a salad for some crunch.
White pepper is the better choice when it comes to light coloured dishes like cream soups, white sauces, pasta and potatoes. White pepper is a little more pungent in flavour than the black pepper so you won’t need as much.

Black cardamom is great for typically more bland dishes like lentils. It elevates lentils and rice dishes in a subtle way without being over the top. Slightly fry them to release the aromas into your dish and remove before serving. With a sharp aroma and almost menthol flavour this does well balanced with sweet and spicy additions such as cinnamon, peppercorns or chillies.
