A great ingredient for mango chutney and also used in cocktails by heating the ginger into a syrup to make a spicy and sweet drink mixer.
Mixed Herbs (40g) is the perfect blend of thyme, oregano, sage, basil, and marjoram, essential for elevating any dish with a touch of European charm. This versatile seasoning is ideal for sprinkling over pizzas, pastas, and vegetables, offering a balanced and aromatic flavour profile.
White pepper is the better choice when it comes to light coloured dishes like cream soups, white sauces, pasta and potatoes. The whole peppercorn can be used in pots for flavour by tying a handful into a cheesecloth bag which can be removed after cooking. White pepper is a little more pungent in flavour than the black pepper so won’t need as much.
Stunningly vibrant and glossy in colour, you cannot say no to this mouth-watering chutney. Live it up and enjoy it on your morning crumpet or scone. Makes a terrific sauce for Turkey or chicken too.
Care instructions:
Do NOT Refrigerate EVER. Serve with a clean dry spoon and store in the pantry after opening.

This Ultra Hot chilli sauce is made with the Bubblegum 7 Pot chilli (a cross between the Moruga Scorpion and Yellow 7 Pot).
The Bubblegum chilli comes in at 850,000 SHUs and was created by Jon Harper. As the “Father” of this variety, and based in the UK, he has been growing this and a lot of other Hybrids for a number of years. Jon called it Bubblegum because he thought it had a taste of Bubblicious Bubblegum, while others say the name is because the chilli has a mixed colour stem and crown that looks like bubblegum.
All we can say is, good luck with picking the flavour of bubblegum – that’s a challenge for diehard chilliheads only.
