This is a Saffron Colour only – not a spice.
It adds no flavour, just colour.
A little bit goes a very long way – most dishes will only require 1/4 of a teaspoon to a couple of kilograms of other ingredients.
The quintessential Indian spice box — continues to occupy pride of place in any Indian kitchen, standing by to provide all the spices at hand to make the next enticing dish.
The standard masala dabba, found in most Indian kitchens, is mostly an unassuming, flat, steel canister with a lid. Inside, seven small circular containers, set in a floral arrangement, hold different spices and once that lid comes off, the masala dabba reveals a heady outburst of colours and aromas. Masala – means “spices” Dabba – means “container”

Bay leaves are a staple ingredient in many cuisines around the world, adding a unique flavor and aroma to soups, stews, and sauces. They are most commonly used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes, but can also be found in recipes from other regions.
One of the main benefits of bay leaves is their ability to infuse dishes with a subtle, earthy flavor that complements a wide variety of ingredients. They also contain certain compounds that can help aid digestion and reduce inflammation in the body.
In addition to their culinary uses, bay leaves can also be used for other purposes. For example, they can be added to potpourri or used as a natural insect repellent. Some people also use bay leaves to make a tea that is said to have a calming effect on the body.
Overall, bay leaves are a versatile ingredient that can add depth and complexity to many different dishes. Whether you are cooking up a hearty stew or simply looking to add some flavour to your tea, bay leaves are definitely worth trying out.

Korma Masala Hot (30g) delivers the warmth and depth of traditional korma with a spicy twist. This blend is perfect for creating rich, creamy curries that are both aromatic and satisfyingly hot.
A pepita is harvested from specific hull-less pumpkin varieties, known as Styrian or Oil Seed pumpkins. They even have hip names like Lady Godiva, Naked Bear, and Kakai Hulless Pumpkin. Any other variety of pumpkin produces a hulled seed that’s slightly fibrous and less tender.
Pepitas de calabazza is a Spanish word that literally means ‘little seeds of squash’. These are little green seeds that date back at least some thousand years. They’re commonly used in Mexican dishes and are also eaten as a healthy snack after they’re roasted. Over the years, they’ve become widely available across the globe and can be found in all the seasons. Pepitas taste quite like sunflower seeds as they have a light, nutty flavor. Their crunchy texture makes them a perfect addition to salads and granola.
Garam Masala (Premium) is a blend of ground spices used in Indian cooking to bring warmth and depth to dishes, perfect for curries, soups, and as a finishing spice.
Mace (Javitri) Ground offers the same warm, spicy-sweet flavour as whole mace but in a convenient ground form. Perfect for blending into spice mixes, desserts, and savory dishes for a hint of nutmeg-like flavour without the texture.
