Coriander Seed (Dhania) Ground (70g) is a versatile spice that adds a mild, sweet flavour to a variety of dishes, from curries to baked goods. This finely ground powder is perfect for blending into spice mixes and marinades, offering a subtle citrus note.

Thyme Leaves are dried from the Thymus Vulgaris Shrub. The name “thyme” means “to fumigate” in Greek and most likely relates to the aroma that it generates from the burning of the herb in ancient Greek temples. Nowadays we commonly use thyme to flavour meats and marinades, its especially a common ingredient found in blended seasonings for lamb.
Used in various ways, kibbled ginger can be used in Asian and Indian cooking, zingy drinks and marinades. Also a common ingredient in ginger beer!
This is a Tandoori spice blend that is made into a marinade with some yoghurt, oil, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, and pinch of salt.
