Baking Spice Mix – Sweet and spicy delight!
Old fashioned English mixed spice for your cookies, fruit cakes, puddings and even minced meat!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cinnamon cassia stick
- 1tbs allspice berries
- 1tbs coriander seeds
- 2tbs whole cloves
- 4 mace blades
- 2tsp grated nutmeg
Method
- Grind the whole spices to a fine powder and mix with the grated nutmeg.
- Store in an airtight container or plastic bag in the freezer for 2-3 months.
