Figs (Dried)

Dried figs make a delicious snack to enjoy with cheese, or can be incorporated with other fruit and nuts into Christmas cakes, puddings, bread, chutneys, jams and bakes.  Dried figs have a concentrated sweetness and a chewy texture. A mild, untouched fig is an extraordinary food.
