Habanero Honey Chicken
Tasty chicken with sweet honey and spicy habanero. A quick dinner that can be done on the BBQ, it’s mouth-watering and left-overs are perfect for a chicken sandwich next day.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbs Habanero Pepper Sauce
- 700gm skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into 6 pieces, pounded to an even thickness
- 2 tsp Taipans Aussie All-rounder BBQ Rub
Method
- Pre-heat frypan or bbq plate to medium heat. In small bowl, whisk together butter, honey and Habanero Pepper Sauce until well combined. Set aside.
- Season chicken with Taipan's Aussie All-Rounder BBQ Rub
- Place chicken on bbq or in frypan.
- Cook, turning occasionally and basting with sauce until chicken cooked through.
- Serve with 3 veg or rice and salad.
