Cobra Chilli
Fish Taco’s with creamy cilantro lime sauce
Something fishy about this taco? Nothing fishy at all, just deliciousness not to be passed up when served with creamy cilantro sauce! Yum!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1/1 tsp salt
- Juice from 1/4 lime
- 2-3 drops Congo B Pepper Sauce
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until combined and cilantro is blended, no large leaves remain.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
