- Cup of Oaxaca BBQ sauce (Mild) or Habanero BBQ sauce (Hot) for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better!).
- 2 Red bell peppers - cut into bit size pieces
- 2 red onions - cut into bite size pieces

Best Cuts of Lamb for BBQ Kebabs:
- Lamb Leg (Boneless)
- Lean, tender, and easy to cut into uniform cubes.
- Has great flavour and grills beautifully.
- Lamb Shoulder
- Slightly fattier than leg, which means extra juiciness and flavour.
- Needs a little more trimming, but worth it for the tenderness.
- Lamb Loin
- Very tender and lean.
- More expensive, but perfect for special occasions.
Method
- Thread lamb onto skewers with red onion and bell pepper.
- Grill until caramelized and juicy, about 8–10 minutes.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce and fresh herbs
