Tuscan Sunset (20g) is a blend of sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian herbs, capturing the essence of a Tuscan evening. This mix is ideal for sprinkling over grilled vegetables or mixing into pasta for a quick, flavourful Italian-inspired meal.
Korma Masala Hot (30g) delivers the warmth and depth of traditional korma with a spicy twist. This blend is perfect for creating rich, creamy curries that are both aromatic and satisfyingly hot.
Peppersteak Seasoning (30g) is designed for steak lovers, combining cracked black pepper with a selection of spices to enhance the natural flavour of beef. This mix ensures a juicy, flavour-packed steak every time, perfect for grilling or pan-frying.
Horseradish Powder offers a hot, pungent flavour ideal for adding a spicy kick to sauces, dressings, and marinades, providing a bold taste that enhances savory dishes.

This natural black sea salt from the Mediterranean is enriched with activated charcoal. Use as a garnish or roasting salt to enhance the flavour to your dish. Matches with seafood as well as meats and adds a mild salty flavour with slight smoky undertones.
Peppersteak Seasoning (Kumari) offers a special blend of spices, including peppercorns, garlic, and herbs, formulated to complement the richness of steak, ensuring a flavourful, juicy result every time.
Asafoetida is a gum from a variety of giant fennel, which naturally has a strong and pungent smell, rather like rotting garlic (as in foetid). It’s a very useful spice for those who can’t eat onion or garlic, as it adds a similar depth and savouriness to food.
Za’atar (pronounced ZAH-tahr) is a spice blend that can be used in a multitude of ways and many Middle Eastern dishes wouldn’t be complete without Za’atar, it helps bring out the flavour of foods and its a modern and appealing addition to most savoury dishes.
While there are many variations originally going back to medieval times, its the perfect amount of each ingredient that gives it the desired flavours. Our recipe includes sumac which brings a citrus taste, thyme a earthy and minty flavour and roasted sesame seeds for a nutty and sweet flavour for a overall tangy and toasty essence.
Sprinkle it over salad, eggs, hummus, labneh, baba ghanoush or mix with olive oil for a flavourful marinade. This classic blend, with the famous Kumari twist, is also a perfect rub for chicken, beef, lamb or fish and a seasoning for veggies, serve with crusty bread, dips (Mix with yoghurt for a quick dip or condiment).
