Black (also known as brown) mustard seeds are small, round seeds that come from the mustard plant. They have a pungent, spicy flavour and are often used in cooking and condiments. Authentically made with sun-dried tomatoes, raisins and spices, enjoy this savoury pickle on the side of curry or great in meat sandwiches with cheese. Can be simply mixed through some cooked rice for a quick snack.

While fresh ginger root is pungent, spicy and sweet, ground and dried ginger retains some of that spice and sweetness but has a much more subltle flavour. Used in many dishes including Indian and Thai but also as baked dish like a wonderful fragrant ginger bread house.
Just sprinkle Taipan BBQ’s East Coast Buffalo Crystals directly onto your wings, to taste, right after baking or frying.
To create a Buffalo-style Wing Sauce, simply mix equal parts of Buffalo Crystals with White Vinegar and melted butter, then mix to create a delicious sauce and toss your cooked wings through, coating fully.
Serve with Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing – Enjoy!
Tip: For plump and juicy chicken breast fillets – lightly coat breasts with olive oil and then generously coat with rub both sides, bake in oven at 180c for 30 mins and let rest for a further 5 mins. Delicious!

How to use:
To make amazing Satay Sauce, simply add 5 tbsp (100g) of Sambal Kachang Satay Sauce Paste to 200ml of Coconut Cream and 1tbsp (20ml) of Soy Sauce. Bring to the boil, stir well to combine, then it’s ready to serve.
For a creamier texture, blend slightly after boiling – just enough to still leave chunky peanuts in the sauce.
For a milder heat, add an extra 50ml of Coconut Cream to the above recipe.
Alternatively, add 1 tbsp of Sambal Kachang Satay Sauce Paste (or to taste) to any stir fry.
