Masala chai – also known as ‘chai’, or ‘chai tea’ – is a traditional tea from India containing a mixture of warming aromatic herbs and spices mixed with black tea and milk. It’s known for preventing colds and also beneficial for warming the system when you do have a cold, making it the perfect hot drink during wintertime.

A splash-on sauce made with the amazing tasting Jamaican Yellow Scotch Bonnet chilli.
This is a Medium-heat, Louisiana-Style Pepper Sauce that is such a versatile condiment for nearly all kinds of food.
Yellow Scotch Bonnet chillies are pretty hot (200,000 Scoville Heat Units) and closely related to the Habanero. One of the defining features of this type of chilli is its sweet aroma and unique flavour. Rarely will you find a Jamaican cooking without some of this chilli – it’s the chilli of choice among Caribbean nationals.
Onion (Piaz) Granules 10/20 Medium provide a versatile, concentrated onion flavour, ideal for seasoning, soups, and stews, blending smoothly into a variety of recipes.
Rosemary Ground adds an aromatic, piney flavour to dishes in a form that mixes well into marinades, rubs, and stews, providing the essence of rosemary without the need for fresh herbs.
Popular in the Middle East this vibrant bright red berry is dried and ground into a bright red coloured powder with a tartness similar to lemon. Most commonly used in the spice blend Za’atar which is mixed with dried thyme and roasted sesame seeds, a perfect seasoning to foccaccia, smashed avo, meat and vegetables.

This chutney has proven to be very popular. It is sweet and summery with amazing Pineapple flavour and a good ‘kick’ of chilli at the end.
Care instructions:
