Masala chai – also known as ‘chai’, or ‘chai tea’ – is a traditional tea from India containing a mixture of warming aromatic herbs and spices mixed with black tea and milk. It’s known for preventing colds and also beneficial for warming the system when you do have a cold, making it the perfect hot drink during wintertime.

Bay Leaf (Laurel) Ground (30g) imparts a concentrated, aromatic flavour to dishes, ranging from soups and stews to marinades. This finely ground powder allows for a more uniform distribution of flavour, enriching your cooking with its subtle, herbal notes.
Curry Leaves Whole are aromatic herbs that lend a unique, slightly citrusy flavour to South Indian curries, dals, and chutneys. When fried in oil, they release a nutty aroma, adding depth and complexity to many dishes.
Origin: Blended in Australia from local and imported spices.
Ingredients: All spice, dried ginger pieces, black peppercorn, yellow mustard seed, bird’s eye whole dried chilli, coriander seed and mace.
An aromatic whole spice blend, best used instead of ground to add more complex flavours to your choice of pickled joy. Pickle all types of vegetables including cucumbers, cabbage and works well with eggs, pop some into a pot of corned beef cooking for extra flavours.
This Thai Green curry is used by making it into a paste and then cooking with coconut cream.
If you want to increase the heat of this curry when making the paste, add some green peppercorns (optional) and/or green chilli into the paste.
Cook traditionally with chicken, seafood and vegetables.

This is a great rub for brisket, apply your binder and then generously coat with Aussie All-Rounder prior to cooking in the smoker.
Tip: Slow Cooker Brisket – Rub with generously with your rub and cook on high for 8 hours to give you a good shredded meat for tacos, sandwiches, burrito bowls or pasta. 6 hours cooking time will give you tender beefy slices for a roast dinner.
