Curry Pastes
These curry pastes have been created from our famous ground spice curry masalas, but with the addition of ginger, onion, garlic and oil to make these curry pastes ready to go – so handy when you have a busy lifestyle and still keeping you on a path of health. These pastes have anywhere from 10 to 15 different spices, all perfectly blended, authentically to give you the best possible curry experience. You just won’t look back once you’ve tried these. Again, these are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian friendly, with no additives or preservatives!

Turmeric Alleppey (4.5% Curcumin) (Haldi) is known for its high curcumin content, offering a vibrant colour and robust flavour to dishes, along with anti-inflammatory benefits, ideal for curries, rice, and health drinks.
Origin: Australia
Natural sea salt, rock has a larger crystal 3.48 mm so is great for grinders. Also, commonly seen served as the base for fresh oysters, it can also for cooking and pickling.
Cumin Seed (Jeera) Ground imparts a warm, earthy, and slightly bitter flavour, essential in Latin American, Middle Eastern, and Indian cuisines. Its finely ground form ensures it blends seamlessly into spice mixes, soups, and stews.

Chilli Bird’s Eye Ground Extra Hot (55g) delivers an intense heat and a pungent flavour to dishes, making it ideal for those who love their food fiery. This ground chili can be used sparingly to spice up sauces, marinades, and stir-fries.
This spicy Thai Red Curry is cooked by firstly using the curry blend to make a paste.
This curry features coconut cream, peanuts, fish sauce and some brown sugar and is cooked traditionally with your choice of beef or lamb.
This 1 kg jar will cook with approximately 32kg of meat, vegetables or seafood – 160 servings.
This is a Tandoori spice blend that is made into a marinade with some yoghurt, oil, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, and pinch of salt.
Marinate some chicken and BBQ or cook under the grill. Excellent served with rice, Naan bread, raita, chutney and kachumbar (Indian salad).
Good quality all-rounder curry powder, use for adding extra flavour to soups, eggs, frittatas and savoury mince just to name a few delicious ways for that extra in your cooking.

Hot paprika is simply paprika blended with other chillies like cayenne to add that fiery kick and peppery flavour to your dishes. Hot paprika goes well with just about any dish, including eggs, meat and seafood, adding towards the end of the cooking process retains better heat, flavour and colour.
Care instructions:
