Curry Pastes
These curry pastes have been created from our famous ground spice curry masalas, but with the addition of ginger, onion, garlic and oil to make these curry pastes ready to go – so handy when you have a busy lifestyle and still keeping you on a path of health. These pastes have anywhere from 10 to 15 different spices, all perfectly blended, authentically to give you the best possible curry experience. You just won’t look back once you’ve tried these. Again, these are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian friendly, with no additives or preservatives!

This traditional mango chutney, originating from Buderim, in Queensland, has been a favourite among our customers since we first started business in 1993.
It features crystallised ginger and raisins and is a favourite for those who just love an ‘Aussie” chutney.
Care instructions:
Do NOT Refrigerate EVER. Serve with a clean dry spoon and store in the pantry after opening.
This chutney will remain in perfect condition as long as you ensure there is no contamination from food or water particles.
Never return any unfinished portions to the jar or use a serving utensil used for anything else.

Black sea salt, also known as kala namak, is a type of rock salt that is commonly used in South Asian cuisine. It is harvested from the volcanic regions of Pakistan and India, and has a distinctive pinkish-grey colour and a sulfurous aroma. Despite its name, black sea salt is not actually black in colour, but gains its name from the colour of the rocks from which it is extracted. It is often used as a flavuor enhancer in dishes such as chaat, chutneys, and raitas, and is also used in Ayurvedic medicine for its purported health benefits.
Cinnamon Cassia Sticks (25g) are perfect for adding a sweet, warm flavour to hot drinks, stews, and desserts. These sticks can be used whole to infuse dishes with cinnamon’s aromatic sweetness or ground fresh for a more potent flavour.
Ras-El Hanout is a Moroccan spice blend that translates to “top of the shop,” indicating it’s made from the best spices available, ideal for tagines, rice dishes, and marinades.
This is a curry with fantastic African influences. It is an unroasted, general purpose curry, excellent for vegetables, lamb, beef, chicken or fish.
