Butter Chicken Paste
We’ve taken the Butter Chicken curry masala spices and for your convenience added ginger, onion, garlic and oil to get your curry started sooner, great for people who have a busier lifestyle.

Punjab Mango and Date Chutney
Made with beautiful Qld Mango and with the addition of dates and carefully blended spices this chutney really comes to life and brings a whole range of delicious ways to enjoy it.  Try one Teaspoon on the side of any curry or  dollop with cold meats, cheese, pizza bases, steaks and sausages.  To make hors d’oeuvres use a savoury biscuit or corn chip with a dollop of sour cream and a tsp of chutney.

Indian Date & Almond Chutney
Made with fresh dates, raisins, almonds, and spices to superbly compliment. One tbsp. on the side of any curry of your choice is the perfect accompaniment. Alternatively, it is amazing with cold meats, cheese, pizza bases, steaks, and sausages. To make hors d’oeuvres, use a savoury biscuit or corn chip with a dollop of sour cream and a tsp of chutney.

Madras Curry Paste
This medium heat South Indian curry is an old-time favourite. Traditionally cooked with meat and coconut milk this versatile curry will also lend itself to most foods.  Also this curry can be cooked using any kind of liquid i.e. coconut milk, water, tomatoes, cream, yoghurt, sour cream etc.

Lamb & Cashew Korma Masala
This North Indian Korma, traditionally cooked with lamb and featuring cashews, is cooked with yoghurt, cream and/or coconut cream and is only a mild heat – for the whole family.
