This is an Ultra Hot, Louisiana-Style Pepper Sauce that is such a versatile condiment for nearly all kinds of food.

The Congo Black chilli, also known as Chocolate Habanero, is from the Island of Trinidad in the Caribbean and is the hottest and largest of the Habanero family. It packs a punch and is far spicier than regular Habanero chillies, with 475,000 Scoville Heat Units in each chilli.
