Description

HEAT LEVEL: 9/10

Carolina BBQ Sauce
The star of Cobra Chilli, meet our highly decorated, ultra-hot BBQ sauce. With fresh tomato, garlic and onion, this sauce combines the sweet smoke flavours of molasses and Worcestershire to create a velvety smooth sauce that goes perfectly on anything off the BBQ hot plate.

Fever Chilli Sauce
The Carolina Reaper (HP22B) chilli was ranked as the hottest chilli in the world, according to Guinness World Records in 2013 at an average of 1,569,300 Scoville Heat Units. Then in early 2018, it was re-tested and re-classified at 1,641,183 – Wow, that is HOT! This all-natural sauce, with 50% Carolina Reaper, has a beautiful homemade chunky consistency, delivers a delicious taste and wonderful aroma. It has a very nice upfront flavour from the tomatoes and a slight hint of garlic and onion. 35 seconds after tasting, the extreme heat of the Carolina Reapers really packs a punch. This sauce is so good in cooking, especially Spaghetti Bolognese – Yum.

Reaper Magic Sauce
The first five seconds in your mouth, you will taste all of the ingredients – the soy, the sesame oil, the onion, ginger and garlic and even the Carolina Reaper – but without the heat. Then the heat will kick in but will only really last for about 15 seconds. It will then dissipate, leaving you with the fantastic flavours of all the natural ingredients. Wow – magic! We also call it Magic Sauce because it goes with, on and in almost every kind of food.  Try in a Stir-Fry, as a Dumplings Dipping Sauce, Thai Beef Salad Dressing, Steak Sauce or with Oysters Kilpatrick.

Bubblegum Chilli Sauce  – currently out of stock, this will be replaced with our Ultra Hot Torrid Affair Chilli Sauce
The strangely named chilli “Bubblegum” is growing in popularity, super hot with some fruitiness make for a nicely rounded sauce.  Seriously hot though so be careful with this one!

* Please note, in the event that any ingredient becomes unavailable we will swap it for a similar item of equal or greater value *

Brazilian Barbecue Pork Rub (175g)

Taipan BBQ’s Brazilian Barbecue is a very popular rub that’s ideal for low’n’slow, particularly pork.  Use as a seasoning or rub for chicken, that’s a winner too!

Paprika brings a sweet pepper flavour and with the addition of other aromatic herbs and spices including pepper, garlic, and onion, finished with a final layer of ginger and mustard really pulls this flavour combo together for a perfect pork rub.  (try a slow cooked pork shoulder for pulled pork, 8 hours on high will give you the best result)

Tip: A good rub has sugar and salt to amplify the flavours and allows the rub to penetrate the meat better, the sugar helps with crust formation and browning. It will also balance any bitterness.

Made with all natural ingredients and None of the Nasties.
